North of Zhongshan Road, in Xiacheng District of Hangzhou, was thrust into another wave of excited screams on the morning of 4 May. As a branch venue of the 15^th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival, the innovative street block concerned presented a ceremonious float cruise, drawing tens of thousands of citizens lining the street to watch.
