How novel coronaviruses invade human cells is unveiled in this second report released by ZHOU Qiang Laboratory on BioRxiv (the preprint server for papers), on the early morning of 21 February (Beijing time), which tells about cryo-EM structure of S-protein receptor binding domain of the NCP surface compounded with the full-length protein of the cell surface receptor ACE2. Just two days earlier, the first report came out on the same website about the full-length structure of ACE2, the receptor of novel coronaviruses. |
