The Ministry of Commerce released the first batch of “National Demonstration Pedestrian Street” yesterday. Hangzhou Hubin Pedestrian Street was listed among the five streets. The street’s second phase upgrading project is now in progress and will be finished around the National Day holiday. Hubin will become much more charming then.
