The ground-breaking ceremony for the project of New World China Land Limited (“NWC” or “the Company”) will be held on March 25.  

The 95,000-square-meter land plot is located in the core area of the Wangjiang New Town, Shangcheng District. The 7 key projects with a total investment of 30.2 billion yuan will be launched for the first batch of construction, mainly covering urban infrastructure, social and public affairs, and industrial development.

The major project of NWC in Hangzhou has been invested in 23 billion yuan. The company will integrate cultural heritage and innovation to craft a large commercial and residential complex and a brand new city landmark for Hangzhou.

The project is situated at the intersection of Wujiang Road and Jinjiang Road with a total floor area of 760,000 sqm. A K11 Art Mall will be introduced for the first time to the city to create an artistic and leisure space for local residents.

The 360,000 sqm underground space of this project will be another highlight as well after its completion.
