Xinye Road Underground Passage is expected to open by the end of this year. The 300-m-long pedestrian, with the shape of the letter U, links the Citizen Center, Raffles City, Huafeng Intl Business Tower as well as Bolang Cultural City, which is the core zone of Qianjiang New City CBD.

The Xinye Rd Underground Passage is part of the Qiantang New City CBD Slow-traffic System. 

The system, based on the cross-axle-type underground area of CBD core zone(the axle wire and Fuchun Road), will connect six metro stations(Citizen Center, Chengxing Road, Jiangjin Road, Qianjiang Road, Central Park and Sijiqing Station) and three parks(Citizen Park, Qianjiang New City Forest Park and Century Park).
