The rocket debris of the Long March 2F carrier rocket is spotted in Hangzhou recently. It will soon be turned into a restaurant with different themes based on functions of the rocket carbines.

Rocket debris is often used for scientific demonstration. After launching, the rocket body ran out of fuel and fell into the territory of Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi Province. Professionals will repair the debris and split it.

The themed restaurant, which can accommodate up to 50 people at the same time, is planned to open from Sept.12 to 25 at the former site of the Hangzhou Boiler Factory. After that, it will be sent back to the museum. 

It is safe to eat inside the rocket debris as its fuel has already evaporated and professional safety measures are being taken.
