Zhejiang Museum of Natural History to Reopen

Zhejiang Museum of Natural History Hangzhou announced on Tuesday that it planned to reopen from March 26. Its Anji Branch is expected to open in early April.

Tourists need to make an online real-name reservation before visiting via the WeChat Public Platform of the museum. One can order three days in advance.

Period available for reservation: 9:30-11:30, 12:00-16:00.

Opening time: 9:30-17:00 except Mondays (visitors will not be allowed to enter after 16:00)

Visitors need to wear masks and show the intraday green health code and have temperatures checked to enter each museum in batches. They are also required to keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from each other when queuing.

A total of 3,000 tourists are allowed to enter the museum per day. Once the number of tourists surpasses the instant bearing capacity(300 people), the staff of the museum will take the temporary closing measurement.

Guide service and film screening are currently not available amid the coronavirus pandemic. Visitors are recommended to use the digital guide program via the official public platform.
