More than 150 works created by Chinese and Russian artists reflect the artists' exploration and pursuit of the "culture of silk road" and the excellent cultures of different countries under different cultural backgrounds.

This year celebrates the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Russia. In order to demonstrate the profound friendship between the two nations and their achievements in cultural, scientific and technological cooperation, the "Red Sun Comes up in the East" invitation exhibition of works of Chinese and Russian contemporary artists is held at West Lake Museum in Hangzhou.

Time: November 28 to December 20

Venue: Hangzhou West Lake Museum
