Good time follows to appreciate plum blossoms as cold air disappears.

It’s been told that time for flower appreciation stretches until February, when the best period falls in the Spring Festival. Mid-March will see the best time fade, when only dotted plum blossoms can be found, whereas, a number of various theme activities later are for visitors to participate in.
