    Yesterday afternoon, Hangzhou Meteorological Observatory forcast that the average temperature in Hangzhou City would stay above 10℃ in the five days to come. Therefore, Hangzhou has entered into the spring in meteorological sense. In the past years, Hangzhou usually entered into Spring in the middle or late March. Hangzhou came to Spring on Mar. 15 last year and Mar. 4 the year before last. The spring this year arrived just in time, not too early or too late.
