As the 29th International Day of Disabled Persons is coming, Hangzhou Institute of Blind People organized an activity with the theme of “Barrier-free Fast Walk to Celebrate the Asian Para Games” yesterday. More than 90 blind people from 14 different districts and counties (prefecture-level cities), along with volunteers, gathered together at the West Lake, enjoying the warmness and care from the city.
