Hangzhou South Railway Station, located at the south bank of Qiantang river, formally opens today. The renovated station, equipped with 7 platforms and 21 tracks, is divided into east square and west square, covering a total area of 268,000 m². It is a comprehensive transportation hub integrating high-speed rail, ordinary rail, metro, bus, and coach.
