The establishment will dawn of 118 towns concerning 1,900 programs and more across the City. And 29 such towns are prioritized, in line with the Ten Criteria based on the One-target standard and with Five Moves-the overall promotion of the environment, functional services, quality of life, industrial coordination and of fundamental level governance. Efforts are directed to setting up 20 beautiful towns and 10 sample ones at the urban and provincial level, respectively.
