As part of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing section, the right hole of Qikeng tunnel got successfully linked at 3 o’clock p.m. on 23 July, which indicates a new breakthrough in the westward line of the ring expressway, a key project supporting 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games (HAG). A further step is thus made to the smooth joint of the whole line concerned.
