All the commodities are stored in corresponding warehouses in the customs’ special supervision areas before they are purchased, ready to “go abroad”. Once they are purchased, they will soon be inspected by the customs and shipped directly from special supervision areas to the destinations. This mode has helped Hangzhou Cross-Border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area realize four customs clearance modes of the import and export of cross-border commodities.
