On December 4 and 5, the popular public welfare activity Huanglong Sports class was held in Shangyu District, Shaoxing, bringing the local children a variety of sports classes including baseball, tennis, football, rugby, fencing, table tennis, badminton, cheerleading, and boxing.

All the sports classes were taught by professionals to offer more children access to advanced physical education and training. As the sports industry has developed by leaps and boundsin China, many merging sports become a hit, such as baseball, fencing, and boxing.

Students in Bowen Primary School actively joined the class under the guidance of professional coaches.

"Participating in sports gets children healthier. Cooperating with Hangzhou Dragon Sports Center, we hope that more sports can be introduced into our school,” Zheng Zhilong, the principal of Bowen Primary School said.

Huanglong Sports Class is one of the largest public welfare activities organized by Hangzhou Dragon Sports Center, and it is also a part of the series of events to greet the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022.

The classes will be rolled out acrossZhejiang provinceand benefit more and more youngsters in the future.
