Nowadays, there are more than 3.11 million people with disabilitiesin Zhejiang, of which 1.314 million are cardholders.

Yesterday witnessed a public welfare ceremony as well as a large-scale activity to help the disabled in Hangzhou, on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Zhejiang Welfare Fund for the Handicapped.

The“Top10People of Craftsmanship”awards were presented to honor the representatives of people with disabilities who have made outstanding contributions to craftsmanshipin culture, art,manufacturing, etc., andwho are indomitable and actively struggle with fate.The event also honored the“Top 10 Love Defenders”.
