Hangzhoureceived its first snowfall of the yearat around 8:20 P.M. on Nov 28at the Qingliang Peak National Reserve in Lin'an District.Within an hour, a thin layer of snow had accumulated on the ground.

"The snow cover is about a few millimeters high,"said Zhang shuyan, staff of the Qingliang Peak National Reserve. "With the outdoor temperature of 0℃,a coating of ice(rime) can be seen in the trees."

The first snowfall of last year also landed at the same place of Lin'an District on Nov 27, 2019, a day earlier than this year.
