29 “Beautiful Towns” in Hangzhou has passed the review of provincial-level sample town construction recently, making Hangzhou a leading city both in the number of “Beautiful Town” projects and the fulfilling rate of investment throughout Zhejiang Province. According to the statistics released by Hangzhou Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Hangzhou Municipal Office for Beautiful Town Project, 1,941 projects have been launched up to November 2020, the rate of operation reaching 100%, volume of investment reaching 55.1 billion yuan, and rate of completion reaching 97%.
