Hangzhou Daily Up to now 188 “Homes to the Disabled” have been built in Hangzhou, protecting 4,647 residents in need. It marks that Hangzhou has reached the goal of setting up at least one standard “Home to the Disabled” in every township community of more than 10,000 residents. All “Homes” in the main urban areas have been rated at three stars or higher. Hangzhou’s construction of “Home to the Disabled” has been far ahead of other places in Zhejiang Province considering the provincial requirement of realizing the goal by 2022.
