Recently, it is released by the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province that Zhejiang Radio and Television University is to have its new name Zhejiang Open University. This change does not mean a change of affiliation, management system and the existing right to academic and non-academic education. This should be an opportunity for the school to accelerate transformation and development, further enhance the capacity to train talents, and improve the quality and efficiency of school running.
