en.hangzhou.com.cn 2020/11/03 14:50 City Express

With the athletesvillage being 3 vertical kilometersfrom the main stadium of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center, the journey will take less than 30 minutesby car.

But it's not enough.

Recently, Hangzhou unveiled a plan to build a transport network that realizes subway accessibility in the Asian Games Village Zone.

Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center will be reached by line 6, only 3 stations away from the athlete village.

In the near future, line 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 9 will all be connected to line 6, and the latter is now being built in phases.

The preliminary work on another new subway line is underway. It will again link to the line 6.

Passing by the Asian Games Village Zone, Qiantang Line No. 2 is the third on the transport plan, stretching from Hangzhou West Station to Xiaoshan Airport.
