Our reporter learned yesterday from Hangzhou Municipal Commission of Urban-Rural Development that the viaduct in the Shidai Avenue Renovation Project (Binjiang Section) has been fully connected 10 days ahead of schedule. This is a major node for the project, marking the completion of the major works with the most difficult structures and the longest construction period.
