Hangzhou Government and Ant Group signed a strategic cooperation frame agreement on 14^th October. According to the agreement, Ant Group officially sets its HQs in Hangzhou, helping developing the city into “top city of digital economy” in China. Both sides will focus on five aspects – industrial development, technological innovation, business application, space expansion, and brand building – to establish an all-around, multi-field, in-depth cooperation pattern.
