The opening ceremony of the Third Hangzhou International Day was held on the morning of 5^th September. Ambassadors to China and representatives of business organizations and cultural organizations from 26 countries, as well as friends from all over the world, gathered together in Hangzhou to discuss future cooperation and development. Mayors of 20 international sister cities, including Dresden (Germany), Kazan (Russian), Verona (Italy), Fukui (Japan), and Seogwipo (South Korea), took part in the online events.
