The preliminary round of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition for Overseas Talent 2020 · Hangzhou will be held from 25^th to 27^th August and 3^rd to 4^th September after near five months of global talent attraction and intense competition. 1,446 programs have entered the preliminary round, including 1,038 programs conducted by Chinese students studying abroad and 408 programs conducted by foreigners.
