Hangzhou won the first prize for the first time with the highest score at 2019 Zhejiang Provincial “Five Water Treatment” (River Chief) Assessment out of 11 cities consisting of districts. This is the first time Hangzhou has won the Silver Ding after receiving Dayu Ding for three consecutive years.
