Hangzhou Express “Two Ins and One Out” Program Pilot Plan will take effect on 4th July, 2020. Aiming to develop into “city of first-rate express in the world”, Hangzhou will set up industrial interconnecting express service network by the end of 2035. By then Hangzhou’s international express intelligent backbone network will reach out to the world, forming “Global 123 Express Logistics Circle” in general – delivery within one day in China, two days in surrounding countries, and three days among major cities around the world.
