“An increase is detected in the number of abnormal houses.” On 19th April, an increase in the red number aroused community staff’s great concerns on the intelligent platform of social governance in the one-stop service hall of Xingye Community, Choujiang Street, Yiwu.

In Yiwu, Xingye Community is one of the typical residential communities for the migrant population. Ding Sheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Choujiang Street, reported that to upgrade the management experience accumulated during COVID-19 prevention and control into a long-term management mechanism, the intelligent social governance platform based on “Party building+units” emerged at the right moment. This platform constructs units at “community, neighborhood, and corridor” levels for COVID-19 prevention and control. It segments grassroots grids to clarify landlords’ principal responsibilities, in order to manage people through houses, exactly manage and serve everyone.

“On the platform, the houses marked green have been rented and the tenants’ identity has been checked; the houses marked yellow hasn’t been rented; if the tenants have checked in to the rented houses but their identity hasn’t been checked, or they have left but their information hasn’t been eliminated, or their houses have been idle for longer than one month, their houses will be marked red and abnormal.”

The tenants can scan the barcode to enter the mobile mini program to fill up and report their information. Community staff and landlords can synchronously check the tenants’ information at the mobile terminal.

In the future, Xingye Community’s intelligent platform of social governance will extend and adjust related functions. It will be equipped with more functions and modules for face recognition, community Party Building, and matter handling and so on to further provide people of the community with more prompt high-quality services.
