Hangzhou has, since the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia (NCP), received more than 100,000 masks, close to 800 hazmat suits and other medical materials totalling over RMB 200,000, from 9 counterparts namely in France, Japan, Germany and South Korea and from individuals.
