Hangzhou has sent 3 student representatives to the Forum 2019, at the invitation of the twin city, Seogwipo in South Korea, which has pooled attendees in 29 cities from 8 countries - China, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Canada, the U.S., Russia, and Finland.
