The event, which was held in Lin'an for the second year, has grown in size and now includes a family run (3 kilometers) in addition to the half marathon (21.1 kilometers) and health run (8 kilometers). Aiming to become the most beautiful countryside marathon in the nation, the organizers decided to set up this year's the course along 20 kilometers of refreshing country road lined with beautiful green hills. A total of 32 foreign contestants from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Italy, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda and Singapore took part in the competition. |
