The New Year celebration held the day before yesterday saw 42 international fellows have a happy experience in local customs, as seen in activities concerning red lanterns hanging, New Year scrolls writing, lyrics learning and singing, Qingtian local dance learning and amid others. Together with 10 deputies for culture promotion overseas, the foreign counterparts enjoyed themselves in Fangshan village, Qiantian county, who were namely from Ukraine, Cambodia, Portugal and the U.S.

Over the same period has seen a total of 681 celebrations held by overseas united associations incorporated, according to incomplete statistics.
