National Science and Technology Award (2018) was held in Beijing yesterday, where awards went to people and institutes that made outstanding contributions to progress in science and technology, development of social and economic sectors and construction of national defense modernization in China.

Among the awards, 25 come from Zhejiang province, which namely cover life and health, construction engineering, and agriculture, and 10 awards refer to people’s livelihood, sharing 40% of the awards.
