Current efforts from lingering influence of “two successful cases” are oriented for Liangzhu ancient city relics to apply for the World Heritage.

The application is thus a promise to fill the margin of the World Heritage List on Neolithic urban archaeological sites in East Asia. Coupled with the existing successes of West Lake and the Great Canal, a great leap will be made toward “world heritage community” by the capital city, if application for the said spot is passed.
