The promotion of “Charming Hangzhou” concerning city image was held in Borges Cultural Center (Buenos Aires, Argentina) on the afternoon of 19^th November locally, which was also the place for the 2018 G20 summit.

At the opening ceremony, over 100 people made their presence and visited the theme exhibition “Charming Hangzhou”. Representatives included officials of the country and the city governments, local friends and overseas Chinese.
