Hangzhou Internet Court announced public sentencing to a disputation on the right of dissemination via information networks yesterday morning. It was the first time the court had confirmed the force of law of digital data recorded through blockchain technology. It also made clear the way to examine and judge the digital evidence of blockchain.

Meanwhile, the court has also launched the first digital evidence platform in China. Such innovative mode effectively solves the difficulty of digital evidence record.
