West Lake Culture Ambassador plan started in 2012. Every year the sponsor selects excellent students from global colleges and give them systematical and practical training to help them be able to take part in the cultural popularization of West Lake and the protection of world heritage, so as to further enhance the degree of public participation in the protection of West Lake heritage.
