There are large quantities of cultural treasures along the Qiantang River with a length of over 200km within the region of Hangzhou from the estuary of Cao’e River to Thousand-Island Lake Xin’an River Dam. “Charming cultural belt” is one of the six demonstration beltsof Hangzhou’s “Development embracing the river”strategy. Hangzhou will build a Qiantang River poetry cultural belt to promote the poetry culture along Qiantang River.
