More than 400 foreigners have been livinh at Dongxin Community for several years. There is even a “Dingxiang Academy” where foreigners can learn calligraphy, Chinese, tea art, poem reading and other “Chinese cultural skills”. Some foreigners even become resident representatives to offer services.
