In the morning of Oct.23th, the contest for selecting the Top-Ten fashion designers in Hangzhou was held in the convention centre of World Leisure Expo Garden. The competition was sponsored by the Leading Group for the Development of Hangzhou’s Silk and Dress Industry, and undertaken by the Administrative Committee of the Women’s Fashion Street on the Wulin Road, the Administrative Committee of China Silk City and Hangzhou Fashion Designer Association. In the end, ten designers including Guo Baobao, Ye Ye and etc. stood out as the 2010 top ten costume designers in Hangzhou
