Hangzhou Normal University aims to build provincial as well as domestic first-class comprehensive university.The municipal government plans to build CangQian new campus and XiangHu new campus.Currently, Xianghu campus’ architectural design programme is conducting registration campaign.According to the established plans, Hangzhou Normal University Xiang Hu campus will start building at the second half year of this year and complete the projects at 2011.
