The Returning Rate of Overseas Students has Surpassed 50%

Chinese government has launched a series of programs together with enterprises, such as “1,000 Talents Plan”, cross-border talents introduction, overseas students pioneer park, to attract large number of returned talents. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Education, the returning rate of overseas students has surpassed 50%. Studying abroad has gradually changed from “elite education” to “mass education”.
