The opening ceremony of Hangzhou Center for Academicians and Experts was held yesterday, gathering 199 academicians such as PAN Yunhe and LI Lanjuan. The center will play a positive role mainly in three aspects: 1. set up an excellent think tank; 2. provide consultation for decisions; 3. enhance the integration of technology and economy and promote innovation-driven projects to energize local enterprises and industrial parks.
