11 September saw the agreement signed in Hangzhou involving BicCamera (a general merchandise store of Japan) and Fliggy (a tourism brand of Alibaba Group), leading to the tax-free flagship store of the former on Fliggy. The Chinese visitors can have the one-stop purchase on Fliggy at duty-free prices, and pick-up is available at the site of BicCamera after 3 to 30 days after the payment during their journey.
