Alibaba Group has been the only scientific enterprise from China to be included, as a leading part, with Google and Amazon, in voice technology in AI, according to the latest 10 Breakthrough Technologies 2019 released by MIT Technology Review.

Such a comment as AliMe is increasingly accessible to consumers in China, whose roles cover assisting parcel delivery by phone, and negotiation with customers, has particularly been made in MIT Technology Review. Now, a dozen of languages have been included in AliMe like English and Russian and August 2018 saw its start on the largest e-commerce platform Lazada in Southeast Asia.
