A press conference on new policies for science and technology was held by the press office of Zhejiang government last afternoon, with a focus on ideas issued on 3rd Dec for comprehensively accelerating scientific and technological innovation and promoting high-quality development ( Ideas ).

A shift raised in Ideas will be made in next 5 years, which means that science and technology will see focus changes in two big areas-- one is Internet+; the other is life health.
