Hangzhou Municipal Government signed MOU with HKEx yesterday. This is the first time Hangzhou Municipal Government has cooperated with an overseas exchange. 23 Hangzhou enterprises have been listed in Hong Kong up to now.

According to the MOU, the two sides will make joint efforts to enhance the development of Hangzhou’s new-economy enterprises guided with “digital economy” taking advantages of Hong Kong capital market and thus help Hangzhou develop into an international financial and technological center.
