Signing ceremony of the Cooperative Project of Alibaba Import Cosmetics for Non-Special Purpose was held inChina (Zhejiang) Free Trade Experimental Zone, Zhoushan on 18^th August.

This project will shorten the record period of import cosmetics, attract more enterprises of import cosmetics for non-special purpose to settle down in Zhoushan, realize the concurrent launch of new products of international cosmetic brands, and enhance the construction of the industrial park of import cosmetics for non-special purpose.
