Alibaba’s Malaysia Office has been formally put into service this week after the group established its first overseas experimental site eWTP last year. Jack MA Flew to Malaysia and visited 93-year-old Mahathir, new Prime Minister of Malaysia, before the opening ceremony. They had a one-hour talk.

Mahathir says that he expects Alibaba’s further development in Malaysia and invites Chinese enterprises like Alibaba to invest in local small enterprises.
